Vital Energi is a renewable energy company who own the consumer-focused brand, Lighthouse. For over 30 years Vital Energi have helped to develop, deliver and expand the UK’s district heating infrastructure ensuring quality at every stage of development and delivery.
Vital Energi have also developed and launched Glass, a new smart energy app and portal. The software gives operators and residents the visibility and control to better manage their energy and allows residents to top-up or pay their bills anytime, anywhere.
Who is your energy supplier?
Your energy supplier is the company or Energy Services Company who are responsible for setting your tariff.
If you are a credit billing customer, the name and details of your energy supplier will be on your bill.
If you are a prepayment customer, the name and details of your energy supplier will be in your welcome pack.
Lighthouse provides your metering and billing services on behalf of your energy supplier. We are the company who sends you bills, is available to support you with any questions and we may also maintain your heating system.
