Priority Services Register
From time to time and as circumstances change, we all may need some additional support. If you are in a vulnerable situation, please speak to us.
What is the Priority Services Register?
To get extra help, you can apply to be added to our priority services register. This is a free support service that makes sure extra help is available to you if you find yourself in a vulnerable situation.
You could be eligible for this support if you:
• have reached your state pension age
• are disabled or have a long-term medical condition
• are recovering from an injury
• have a hearing or sight condition
• have a mental health condition
• are pregnant or have young children
• have extra communication needs
• need to use medical equipment that requires a power supply
• have poor or no sense of smell
• would struggle to answer the door or get help in an emergency
How to register:
If you believe you may be eligible and would like to sign up to the Priority Service Register:
- Please get in touch with the Lighthouse team.
- Once we have logged your details you (or your representative) will be sent some forms to complete and return.
- Once the forms are returned, our database will then be updated and the documents will be stored in a secure location.
